NEET 2024: NTA Not Released Result of Aayushi, a NEET Aspirant | Appeal to High Court

Another controversial case has been seen in NEET 2024 case, where a student from a middle-class family named Ayushi reported in an interview with Aaj Tak that her results were not provided by the NTA.

Ayushi expected to score 715 marks, but when she checked her results on June 4, 2024, they weren’t displayed. She suspected it might be due to heavy traffic on the website, but later received an email from the NTA stating that her paper couldn’t be evaluated because her OMR sheet was received in a damaged condition.

Afterward, Ayushi said to her mother, “Don’t worry, you believe in me. We will fight against this.” Ayushi’s uncle is an advocate in the high court, she mentioned. Ayushi and her uncle sent 10 emails to NTA for sending aayushi’s OMR sheet. After 24 hours, she received her OMR sheet. There were discrepancies in Ayushi’s OMR sheet.

Ayushi’s family filed a petition in court. The initial hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, but due to the courts being closed, it was postponed to Wednesday.

Regarding Ayushi’s OMR sheet, her mother expressed some emotional words, saying, “Ayushi used to go to coaching classes at 7:00 AM and return around 7:30 PM. She mentioned that nobody in their home spent money on unnecessary things, and they believed there might be fraud by the NTA.”
