This veteran, who was struggling with financial crisis, had to be admitted to the hospital recently due to deteriorating health. Even in difficult times, his wife Andrea Hewitt held his hand. On the 50th anniversary of Wankhede, she was seen leaving holding her husband’s hand.
Former Indian cricketer Vinod Kambli, who made a explosive entry in world cricket, has faced many diseases in the past years. Last month, he was admitted to Akruti Hospital in Thane after his health suddenly deteriorated. He was found to be suffering from brain clots and was released from the hospital on New Year itself.
