Four people, including two pilots and a doctor, died in a helicopter crash in Turkey’s Mughal province on Sunday. Mughal Governor Abdullah Erin told AFP that the helicopter crashed into the fourth floor of a nearby hospital due to dense fog. The investigation of the case is still going on.
The helicopter took off from Mugla for Antalya city. The video and many pictures of this incident are viral on social media. In these pictures, the debris of the helicopter is seen scattered near the hospital.

The fourth floor of the hospital has been damaged in the accident, although there is no news of any casualty inside the hospital.
According to media reports so far, apart from the people on board the plane, no one else has been harmed in the accident. CCTV footage of the camera installed at the spot has also surfaced. After the accident, the rescue team reached the spot, took out the bodies and sent them to the hospital for post-mortem.
Fog is sometimes fatal for new pilots
According to America’s National Weather Service, flying in fog would have been very difficult for experienced pilots. In such a situation, it often proves fatal for new pilots. Approximately 400 people die each year due to fog and weather-related aircraft incidents.
6 people lost their lives in a helicopter collision in Turkey this month
Earlier, on December 9, 6 army soldiers were killed in a collision between two military helicopters in Isparta province in Turkey. The accident occurred during a daily routine training flight. A Brigadier General was also among those killed. It is not yet known what caused this accident.
