Tipster Ishan Agarwal has revealed its storage and color options through a post on X. 256GB and 512GB variants can be seen in Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+. The phones can come in Blue Black, Silver Shadow, Pink Gold, Coral Red, Mint, and Navy or Icy Blue shades.

The top variant of the series, Galaxy S25 Ultra can also come in three storage options in which 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB options can be available. It can come in multiple colors like Titanium Grey, Titanium Black, Titanium Silver Blue, Titanium Pink Gold, Titanium White Silver, Titanium Jade Green, and Titanium Jet Black. Talking about RAM, the series can come in RAM variants up to 12GB and 16GB.
