New Delhi. Virat Kohli is ready to return to the Ranji Trophy match. He is currently working in practice. The teams of Delhi and Railways will face face to face at Ferozeshah Kotla Ground in Delhi from 30 January. In this match, Virat Kohli will be seen playing for Delhi. Virat is going to return to Ranji to get back the lost form. After 12 years he will enter the Ranji Trophy. Earlier, he has called Sanjay Bangar for help in batting. Bangar has seen Virat Kohli as an international cricketer from 2014 to 2019, so when Kohli remembered Bangar, no one was surprised.

Kohli will play in the last league match of Delhi against the railway here from January 30, after the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI )’s instructions to be available for domestic cricket. Captains Rohit Sharma, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shubman Gill, Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja participated in the last round of Ranji Trophy and followed these instructions. Kohli’s performance in the Border Gavaskar Trophy against Australia was not good. He was able to score 190 runs in nine innings, due to which questions were being raised about his future in Test cricket. Kohli lost his wicket on the balls going out of the off stump. To work on these technical aspects, Kohli took the help of Bangar, who was the batting coach of the Indian team during the five important years of this star cricketer. Bangar has a good understanding of Kohli’s game. Kohli scored most of his 80 international centuries between 2014 and 2019 when Bangar was part of the national team. Bangar’s term ended after the ODI World Cup 2019 and Vikram Rathore was appointed a batting coach in his place. A senior BCCI official told PTI, ‘After the ODI World Cup 2019, when Kohli’s response was sought to the assistant staff. So he praised Bangar a lot. He had said that his technical advice benefited him in these years. After the end of his term in the Bangar national team, the Royal Challengers joined the Bangalore team in the IPL where Kohli’s talk gets a lot of attention. Meanwhile, Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) hopes that at least 10,000 spectators can reach this match due to Kohli’s playing. No entry fee will be charged from the audience. A senior DDCA official said, ‘No entry fee has ever been charged to watch Ranji matches and this tradition will continue. The only thing is that two stands will be opened for fans because we know that cricket lovers are very excited by Virat’s playing in this match.
