1. Value of 6 top-10 companies fell by ₹ 1.71 lakh crore: Infosys top loser, Reliance’s value increased by ₹ 79,773 crore; Sensex fell 759 points last week
In terms of market capitalization, the market cap of 6 out of the 10 largest companies of the country has decreased by Rs 1.71 lakh crore in last week’s trading. During this period, tech company Infosys was the biggest loser. The market cap of the company has decreased by Rs 62,948 crore to Rs 7.54 lakh crore.
The value of tech service providing company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has also fallen by Rs 50,599 crore. Now the market cap of the company is Rs 14.93 lakh crore. Apart from this, the value of Hindustan Unilever (HUL), ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and ITC has also fallen.

JSW MG Motor India has showcased the Magister SUV at the Auto Expo 2025. It is a facelift model of MG Gloster, but the Magister will be positioned above it. The company has confirmed that it will continue selling both models.
MG is yet to share details, but the design of the Magister is similar to the Maxus D90 SUV sold in markets like South Africa. The price of Gloster ranges between Rs 39.57 lakh to Rs 44.03 lakh (ex-showroom), so the price of Magister will also be premium.

3. BYD’s Celon 7 EV entry in India: Claimed range of up to 567km on full charge; Delivery will start from March 7
Chinese electric vehicle manufacturing company BYD has showcased its premium electric coupe SUV Celon 7 EV at Auto Expo 2025. The company claims that the Celon 7 will give a range of up to 567km on a full charge. It will come in two variants – Premium and Performance.
The Sealion 7 is the company’s fourth model in India after the Sealion, Atto 3 and Emax 7. The price of BYD Celon 7 can start from Rs 45 lakh (ex-showroom). BYD will announce its price before March. It will compete with popular electric cars like Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV 6.
TikTok has stopped working in the US. Now people in America cannot use this short-video platform. Apple Hub reported that the TikTok app has been removed from the American App Store.
