The minister further said that India AI Compute Facility has started more than expected and has achieved around 19,000 GPUs. Of these, 12,896 NVIDIA H100 GPU and 1,480 Nvidia H200 GPU are. Of these, 10,000 GPUS are currently ready for use. This facility will be open to all and its operation will be started in the coming days.

Foundation AI model will also prepare India

The Union Minister also announced that India will prepare its Foundation AI model. Keeping in mind the linguistic and cultural diversity of India, its dataset will be prepared so that it does not include any prejudice. He said that developers wishing to make AI models can file their proposals and this model will have to be prepared in 6-8 months.
