New Delhi. Australian captain Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood have signed big contracts for the Big Bash League (BBL) during the Test series against India. These three players have signed contracts as supplementary players for the Big Bash League starting from December 15.
Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood did not participate in the Big Bash League last season. He had taken this decision in view of Australia’s Test series. But all three are likely to play in the Big Bash T20 League in the upcoming season.

According to the report of cricket.com.au, ‘Hazlewood and Starc have signed contracts with Sydney Sixers under the league’s marquee supplementary player rule. Pat Cummins has signed a contract with Sydney Thunders. These three fast bowlers are currently playing in the five-Test series against India, which is tied at 1-1 after the first two matches.
The third Test between India and Australia is to be played from December 14. After this, two more matches will be played in the series. The Australian team will tour Sri Lanka to play two test matches in late January. This series is important for making it to the final of the World Test Championship.
