Nathan McSweeney wants to overcome Jasprit Bumrah in Gabba, said- playing well…

Australia’s young opener Nathan McSweeney is hopeful that he will be able to play Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah well in the third Test starting on Saturday at the Gabba. McSweeney is facing a strong bowler like Bumrah in his first Test series, who has dismissed the Australian batsman thrice so far.

However, McSweeney has boosted his confidence by scoring 39 runs in the first innings of the second Test match played in Adelaide. This young opening batsman feels that there cannot be a better start in international cricket than facing a top bowler like Bumrah.

He said, “There would be nothing more difficult than facing a bowler like Jasprit at the beginning of his career. I faced his balls bravely in Adelaide, which has boosted my confidence. The more I face them the more comfortable I will get.” McSweeney said, “There is no doubt that facing them is challenging but it was good to gain confidence in Adelaide and hopefully I will carry that confidence throughout the series. shall remain.”

He said, “When I faced him for the first time, I came to know that he is a different kind of bowler. It is about understanding his bowling. In the first Test match in Perth, I got out on two of his good balls.

The Australian batsman said, “He got me out in Adelaide too but I thoroughly enjoyed my preparation to face a world class bowler.” Hopefully now I will face him in a better way and will be successful in batting well against him at Gabba.
