Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi’s book-style foldable smartphone Mix Fold 4 has been launched this week. It will have a quad rear camera setup. It will replace the Mix Fold 3. The battery of this smartphone will support 50 W wireless charging. The sales of foldable smartphones have increased rapidly in the last few years.

Xiaomi has informed on China’s messaging platform Weibo that Mix Fold 4 will be launched on July 19. This smartphone will be made available in white and blue colors. It will have Leica Summilux quad camera setup. It has two telephoto dual macro cameras with 5X periscope unit. Along with this, Redmi K70 Ultra will also be launched on July 19. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 can be given as a processor in Mix Fold 4. It can have a 50 megapixel primary camera. This smartphone can have a 5,000 mAh battery.

The company has said that Mix Fold 4 and Mix Flip will be made in the company’s smart factory in Changping, Beijing. The capacity of this factory is to make about one crore smartphones annually. Recently, tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) leaked the design and specifications of Mix Fold 4 in a post on social media platform X. It has a larger camera island than the company’s previous smartphone.
