Mumbai. Mumbai Indians owner Nita M. Ambani has expressed happiness over the addition of 4 more players to the Mumbai Indians women’s team for WPL 2025. Nita Ambani said after the auction in Bengaluru, ‘We are all very happy and satisfied with the team we have made. I am proud to have Kamalini, Endin de Klerk, Sanskriti Gupta and Akshita Maheshwari become a part of the Mumbai Indians family.
The four new players who have been included in Mumbai Indians include G. Kamalini, Andin de Klerk, Sanskriti Gupta and Akshita Maheshwari are included. 16 year old Kamalini from Tamil Nadu has represented India against Pakistan in the Under 19 Asia Cup. Andin de Klerk is from South Africa and Sanskriti Gupta is an all-rounder from Madhya Pradesh. Rajasthan’s fast bowler Akshita Maheshwari is included.
Welcoming the four new players, Nita Ambani said in a message, ‘We heartily welcome you to the Mumbai Indians family. Mumbai Indians has always been trying to discover and develop young talent. Last year we had selected Sajna in the auction. It is amazing to see him playing for Team India.
Mumbai Indians have also succeeded in including G Kamalini in the team. Including Kamalini in Mumbai Indians, Nita Ambani said, ‘This year we are very excited about 16-year-old Kamalini. We were keeping an eye on his game for some time. He is a very talented player.
