Deport 104 Indians from the US reached Amritsar on 5 February. They were sent from the C-17 plane of American military. Later these people were sent to their states.
Now police action has started on agents sending youths from Haryana to America by Danki route. The police registered an FIR against 3 agents on the complaint of Akash and Sumit of Karnal.
Akash and Sumit are among the 33 people deployed from America. Police came to know during investigation that agents cheated about 15 crore rupees from these 33 people. People were also given a job in America. However, all the people were arrested as soon as they crossed the wall from the Mexico border and reached America.
Diler Singh of Punjab has registered a case against agent Satnam Singh. This case has been registered at Rajasansi police station in Amritsar district.

Story-1
The camp in which we were kept, there is a very bad situation. Only the same is given for food, so that it can be alive. Had to live in only one cloth in the cold. After interrogation, fetters were put in my hands and feet and were submitted.
Devendra Singh of Muzaffarnagar reached his village after being submitted from America. He said, only to eat is given to stay alive.
Devendra Singh of Muzaffarnagar became emotional telling his story. He told that I went to Thailand from India on November 29, 2024. Then reached Al Salvador via Vietnam and China. From there, illegally entered the US via Mexico. I had to face many difficulties in this journey.
The mafia kept us in his homes. They continued to ask for money slowly. The mafia left me with a ransom of Rs 40 lakh. My family members sent these rupees to the agent sitting in Karnal, Haryana. Rupees were transported from here to the mafia.
Devendra says that my dream was to drive a truck in America, now never want to go back there. Earlier people were called in America, but now they are being driven away from there. All this happens illegally, because it is very difficult to reach there in a legal way.
Story-2
It is the house of Rakshit, a resident of Rasulpur Jatan village in Muzaffarnagar.
Bhaskar’s team reached the house of Rakshit Balyan (20) in Rasulpur Jatan village of Muzaffarpur. His father was from Sudhir Balyan. He is retired from the army. Currently there are contract workers in the electricity department.
He refused to say more. Just said that my son went to America on a tourist visa in October 2024. Returned home at 4 am today. The protected 12th pass. Our family has farming land. We also do farming. After saying this, he started crying. It is said that my son has suffered a lot. I do not have the courage to say anything anymore.
Story-3
It is Gurpreet’s home in Pilibhit. His parents and some relatives are sitting.
Bhaskar’s team reached Banjariya village, 50 km from Pilibhit district headquarters, there was less movement there. Some people met on the way to the village, but they refused to talk about Gurpreet. He said that if you talk to Gurpreet’s family, it would be better. On our request, he took us to Gurpreet’s house. He went away by stating his house. There we met Gurpreet’s mother Jaswinder Kaur.
Jaswinder told- Gurpreet went to England first in September 2022. From here he tried to go to America via Dunki route. One and a half months ago my son reported to reach America. After this, contact with him was lost. Gurpreet is the youngest of my three sons. He went abroad to improve the family’s economic condition. My elder son Gurdev Singh alias Gurjeet is in the Indian Army.
Mother told- Gurpreet was sent to London after spending 20-25 lakh rupees with the help of local agent. There he was working in the factory and construction company. There he was facing a lot of difficulties in work. After this, an agent recovered a hefty amount by luring the son a better opportunity in America. Then sent America illegally.
On 13 January, the US border control crossed Gurpreet, crossing the border. Delhi Police inquired after Gurpreet landed in India. Then Pilibhit police brought Gurpreet Singh from Delhi. After more than two and a half hours of questioning here, he handed over to his father Gurmeet on the evening of 6 February.
Gurpreet Singh said- I was sent after keeping the detention camp in America for 22 days. The behavior of American soldiers was good for other people of Haryana. The soldiers were calling them rude about the bid of the people of Haryana. We handcuffed people’s hands and feet because the number of soldiers was less. He felt that the people caught should not attack them somewhere.
Story-4
Sumit of Karnal said that due to unemployment I had decided to go to America. Vikram Singh of the village introduced a person named Pradeep Rana, who asked for 40 lakh rupees in exchange for sending America.
Sumit said that he gave Rs 8 lakh cash and made his 1.5 acre land in the name of the agent. The agent sent him to the US illegally. On January 25, when I entered America from Mexico, the US Army caught and detained on the border.
Now Sumit has filed a case against Vikram and Pradeep at Assandh police station. The police have registered a case under Section 316 (2), 318 (4) and Immigration Act 24 and started investigation.
Story-5
A young woman from Vadodara in Gujarat told Divya Bhaskar on the condition of anonymity that there was no end to hope, aspirations and dreams in the eyes. Everything was fine till it reached Italy. From here I had to go to the Mexican border. I somehow managed to reach there, but the local mafia caught me. He pointed a gun at me, but left me after talking to an agent in Mumbai.
From here I went on day and night, until I reached the American border, but the security caught. My hands had handcuffs and blood -soaked legs like prisoners. I still don’t know where they took me, but where they took me, it was really a scary world.
I had heard about hell, but I saw and experienced it in America. After walking day and night for several days, my hands and feet were swollen. In many places, there were deep wounds. The detention center had different gold rooms for men and women. I were accompanied by most girls and women from Mehsana, Punjab and Haryana.
The boundary wall and darkness of the room were our world. There was no choice but non -veg to fill the stomach. I was a vegetarian. After a lot of pleas, I used to eat a piece of fruit in many hours. This situation was worse for men. They were tortured day and night. In the harsh cold, they used to bathe them with cold water at two o’clock in the night. Not only this, AC temperature was also reduced to torture. None of us knew where we were. Just kept dying every day for 15 days, enduring torture every day. Eventually we came back to our country.

Despite the request of the people, the handcuffs were not opened, they had to eat it while wearing it.
If people had to go to the toilet, only the staff would take them and sit back on the seat.
