Patna:- Amidst the excitement of Chhath Puja, the thrill of cricket will be seen at Moinul Haq Stadium in Patna from 6th to 9th November. The competition between the teams of Bihar and Madhya Pradesh is going to start from tomorrow. Before the match, both the teams made rigorous preparations on the practice wicket of the stadium. BCCI officials have also reached Patna for the event. In this match, the spectators of Patna will get a chance to see players like Royal Challengers Bangalore star Rajat Patidar playing live. However, spectators will have to be cautious about their own safety.

RCB’s Rajat Patidar is in form
Rajat Patidar is also in MP’s team against Bihar. This is the same Rajat Patidar, who plays IPL with RCB team. Royal Challengers Bangalore has also retained Rajat Patidar along with Virat Kohli and Yash Dayal for IPL 2025. These days, Rajat is looking in tremendous form. Recently, while playing against Haryana in a Ranji match, Rajat Patidar scored a century in just 68 balls, which is considered to be the fourth fastest century in Ranji Trophy. Playing for Madhya Pradesh, Rajat scored 159 runs in 102 balls in the first innings. This player scored 94 runs only with sixes and fours. Rajat hit 13 fours and 7 sixes in his innings. Rajat scored runs at a strike rate of 155 on the Indore pitch. Now Rajat will be seen batting on Patna soil.

Madhya Pradesh’s Ranji team has reached Patna under the captaincy of Shubham Sharma. Along with them, the team includes Kulwant Khijroliya, Sagar Solanki, Rajat Patidar, Harsh Gawli, Harpreet Singh, Saransh Jain, Kumar Karthikeya, Yash Dubey, Himanshu Mantri, Arshad Khan, Shubhanshu Senapati, Anubhav Agarwal, Venkatesh Iyer and Aryan Pandey. Avesh Khan is also included in the team, but Arshad Khan has reached Patna in his place.
