New Delhi. India’s lead fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has reached Bangalore to assess the injury under the supervision of the Medical Team of Cricket Control Board of Cricket in India (BCCI). The 31 -year -old fast bowler will have to undergo a scan and fitness test at the National Cricket Academy (NCA). If his injury is not pushed, then Bumrah may be out of the Champions Trophy.
The Times of India had reported in a report that Bumrah was included in the team of India for the Champions Trophy tournament to be held later this month. However, the decision to join his team will depend on the fitness test in NCA this week. Let us know that Bumrah is the leading fast bowler of India and if he is not well then Team India may have to play in the Champions Trophy without him.
