Shahrukh Khan’s personal trainer is Prashant Sawant and he talked about Shahrukh Khan’s physique in an interview.

In an interview given to Pinkvilla, Prashant told that Shahrukh Khan’s mindset and sports background helps him to stay fit. He works out for 45 minutes daily and listens to his trainer to stay fit.

Shahrukh Khan’s abs often remain the topic of the industry. Along with the fans, his co-stars are also seen talking about his abs. Prashant talked about Shahrukh Khan’s passion for physical activity. He said that Shahrukh likes to sweat and he feels good after that. Whether he does this by playing sports or working out.

Shahrukh Khan has been injured several times during the shooting of films. Shahrukh also takes help from Prashant to recover from that injury. Since then, both of them work together on improving the fitness of the actor.

Prashant told that he and Shahrukh work as a team to make his body perfect. Sometimes I need their mindset to understand. So both of us keep fighting and making strategies for her body. Formula is made, and in this process sometimes 6 packs are made, sometimes 8 packs are made.
