Former Indian batting coach Sanjay Bangar believes that KL Rahul should be given priority on Rishabh Pant in three ODI series. Bangar said that Rahul has not made much mistakes as a batsman or wicketkeeper, so Pant should be kept out.
The debate is going on between KL Rahul and Rishabh Pant in a playing XI. After Pant’s injury in 2023, KL Rahul became the first choice but now the matter has changed. Pant has made a good comeback after the car accident. Batting amazing against Bangladesh and Australia.
Bangar said on Star Sports, “If you look back, KL Rahul has performed well not only as a batsman but also as a wicketkeeper.
