Rishabh Pant got injured on the last ball of the 37th over of New Zealand’s first innings and this over was being bowled by Ravindra Jadeja. Jadeja had thrown this ball to Devon Conway and the ball had spun very fast which Conway dodged. This ball came back almost touching the off stump, which Pant could not collect and it hit him on his knee. After the injury, Pant lay down on the ground and the physio was called. Pant was seen groaning due to the injury. Later he was taken out of the field.
Pant was injured on his right leg and this leg was injured in a car accident. Getting injured again at the same place is not a good sign for him.
