Some people with fake identities are not only looting innocent people but also sexually exploiting them. The latest case is from Jind in Haryana. Here a girl lost both her wealth and respect after getting trapped in the trap of such a fake IPS officer. However, the police have arrested the accused.

A person has been arrested from Hanumangarh in Rajasthan for raping a girl in Jind, Haryana and making an obscene video and extorting three lakh rupees and gold ornaments from her. Police said that the accused had trapped the girl by introducing himself as an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer.

According to the police, the accused befriended the victim on a social media and called her on the pretext of meeting and committed the crime. The accused has been identified as Ajay, a resident of Deeplana Barni in Rajasthan. The arrested accused has been taken on a five-day remand from the court and the cheated cash of Rs 3 lakh has also been recovered. Police said that the accused had trapped the girl by telling her that he was an IPS officer.

According to the information, a 20-year-old girl from a village in Sadar police station area told the police that she met the accused on a social media platform, who introduced himself as an IPS officer in Hanumangarh. The girl told that the accused had promised to get her a government job, in return for which he asked for eight lakh rupees. The accused called the girl to meet him and took her to a hotel and after giving her intoxicants, raped her and also made an obscene video.

According to the police, the accused raped the victim several times from February to June and during this period took away Rs 3 lakh, gold bangles, a mangalsutra and a gold locket.
