Film producer Ekta Kapoor has been accused of insulting Indian soldiers. In this case, on Saturday, the local court of Mumbai ordered a police inquiry and asked to submit the report by 9 May. The complaint was filed by YouTuber Vikas Pathak aka ‘Hindustani Bhau’. Now Ekta’s lawyer has also issued a notice in this case.
Ekta’s lawyer issued notice
Ekta Kapoor’s Advocate Rizwan Siddiqui has shared a post on the social media platform X. In this notice, he wrote that some people are trying to defame his client i.e. Ekta Kapoor. They have some motives behind doing so. Those people are spreading wrong information about Ekta Kapoor and the police complaint that is being talked about was closed in the year 2020. This information has been given by the Police Department.
100 crore defamation case- lawyer
Ekta’s lawyer has said in the notice to make a defamation case on his behalf. He said that legal action will be taken against those who are spreading wrong information and a defamation case of 100 crores will be made.
What is the whole matter?
YouTuber Vikas Pathak aka ‘Hindustani Bhau’ filed a complaint against Ekta Kapoor, her father Jitendra, mother Shobha and Ekta’s OTT platform ALT Balaji in the year 2020.
According to an FIR by lawyer Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh, the army jawan was shown doing illegal sexual activity in an episode of ALT Balaji’s web series.
The complaint said that Vikas Pathak aka ‘Hindustani Bhau’ came to know about it in May 2020. After which he lodged a complaint.

Accused of insulting Indian Army
According to the complaint, the producer has incorrectly introduced the dignity and pride of our country by showing the Indian Army uniform in an illegal sexual act with the national symbol in the series.
Earlier, similar questions have been raised on ALT Balaji. Many times social media and others have criticized the content of ALT Balaji.
