DU SOL Admission 2024 Registration Date Extended Know How To Apply at sol.du.ac.in


The School of Open Learning (SOL) of Delhi University has extended the registration date for admission this year. The date has been extended to 31st October. This extension provides additional time to prospective students to submit their applications. Students who are eligible for graduate and post graduate programs can apply through the official website of SOL. Students can also register by following the steps given here.

An official of SOL says that before starting the application process, it is necessary for the students to read the application instructions carefully. Candidates are advised to keep scanned copies of all required documents ready at the time of applying. Admissions are available in SOL for various programs which include BA, BCom, BA (H), BCom (H), BSc, BSc (H), MA, MCom, MSc etc.

Options in Graduate Program

Apart from this, the Library and Information Science Department of SOL has also started new programs. SOL had started the admission process for undergraduate courses on June 3. The graduation program has 3 year and 4 year options available. Admission in UG courses will be done only on the basis of merit of the candidates. The last date for registration has been extended. Interested students should register their application as soon as possible. So that they do not have to face problems on the website at the last moment.

Follow these steps to apply

  • Step 1: To register, candidates first visit the official website of DU SOL.
  • Step 2: After this, click on the link for UG/PG admission on the candidate homepage.
  • Step 3: Then candidates click on “New Registration” and enter all the required information.
  • Step 4: Now candidates fill the application form.
  • Step 5: Then candidates upload the scanned copies of documents.
  • Step 6: After this the candidates deposit the application fee.
  • Step 7: Then the candidates submit the application form.
  • Step 8: After this the candidates should download the application form.
  • Step 9: Finally, candidates should take a print out of the application form.
