Washington: US President Donald Trump on Saturday signed the order to impose tariffs on Canada, Mexico and China. The Trump administration says that its aim is to prevent drugs and illegal migrants from entering the country. After the tariff announcement of Trump, Canada and Mexico have also retaliated. Canada on Sunday imposed 25 per cent tax on goods worth $ 155 billion imported from the US. At the same time, Mexico President Claudia Sheenbam also ordered his Finance Minister to implement tariffs and non-tariff measures to protect the interests of the country. China’s Ministry of Commerce has not announced any tariff at present. But he has decided to complain against America in ‘World Trade Organization’.
