Recently, Mamta Kulkarni, who reached AAP’s court, was asked that even when you were in films, they used to keep a fast of Navratri and in the evening, they used to go to the Taj Hotel and scot 2 pegs. He further said, Navratri is also a resolution of 9 days. I had kept his ritual that I would fast for Navratri on 9 days of water and perform 3 yagyas, morning, afternoon, night. 9 days I performed a yajna with sandalwood wood. 9 days only performed a yajna on water. As I said that many births have their own practice, I did not know. I used to meditate for 3-3, 4-4 hours while performing the yajna. Those who were my designers used to come and say what is happening, you are getting very serious. I also used to say that yes I also think I am getting very serious. Those designers used to ask me to walk with him.

Further, the actress said, I used to go to the Taj. One or two Navratri became like this. At that time I used to scot. So I used to hit 2 pegs. My designer was named Kanwal Jeet. I used to tell him to stop Kanwal, I come from the washroom. My 9 -day penance was such that there was no other inside me. In such a situation, there was a fire inside me as soon as he drunk. When I used to go to the bathroom, I used to sit with my eyes closed. I did not understand what was happening. It has been 40 minutes like this. There was a crowd outside the bathroom. My designer and makeup used to knock the door from outside whether I am fine or not. I told him, sorry I don’t know what happened to me.

Mamta also told in the conversation that this incident was of 1996-97. When the ascetic saw that she was doing this under the influence of the people, she made a second place for the penance of Mamta, where she has done penance for 12 years.
