Asian Paints Limited has received a profit of Rs 1,110 crore in the third quarter of FY 2024-25. The annual base has decreased by 23%. The company made a profit of Rs 1,448 crore in the same quarter of a year ago.
In the October-December quarter, the company’s revenue from sales decreased by 6% to Rs 8,549 crore. A year ago, in October-December 2023, the company generated a revenue of Rs 9,103 crore. The money from selling goods and services is called revenue or revenue. It does not include any expenses or deduction.
60% profit up on quarterly basis
Compared to the previous quarter i.e. July-September, the company’s profit has increased by 60%. In Q2Fy25, the company had a profit of Rs 695 crore. During this time revenue has also increased by 6%. In the second quarter, the company generated a revenue of Rs 8,028 crore.
Asian Paints shares dropped 24% in a year
