This real estate company has given good returns after listing. Yes, we are talking about Signator Global. The brokerage has maintained its positive stance on SignatureGlobal (India)]as it reported a profit of Rs 4.11 crore in Q2FY25 compared to a loss of Rs 19.94 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s sales increased by a massive 660% to Rs 749.29 crore.
Motilal Oswal Financial Services has set a target price of Rs 2,000 for Signature Global, indicating an upside of over 50% from the current market price of Rs 1,306. The brokerage said the management has reiterated its FY25 guidance of Rs 10,000 crore in pre-sales and Rs 6,000 crore in collections.
“It is confident of achieving revenues of Rs 3,800 crore in FY2025 and Rs 7,000 crore in FY2026 as 16 MSFs are expected to be delivered in FY 2025-26,” Motilal Oswal Financial Services said in a report. The potential GDV (gross development value) of which is Rs 11,000 crore. Additionally, it is confident of achieving a blended embedded operating margin of 35%.” For FY2025, gross debt is expected to decline to Rs 500-600 crore from Rs 1000 crore currently.
Shares of the company, which will be listed on the stock exchanges on September 27, 2023, have gained more than 226% against their issue price of Rs 385.
ICICI Securities has increased its target price to Rs 2,007 from Rs 1,905. In a report on November 12, the brokerage said Signature Global has delivered 63% sales booking CAGR in FY2021-24, primarily through affordable or middle-income housing projects. It has now achieved H1FY25 sales booking of Rs 5,900 crore, driven by the launch of its Titanium Project in Sector 71, Gurugram and Daxin Vistas Project in Sohna, Gurugram.
“Given our strong launch pipeline of projects with cumulative GDV of over Rs 45,000 crore during FY24-28, we expect sales booking CAGR of 21% during FY24-27E,” ICICI Securities said in a report. We estimate FY25E sales to be between Rs 11,000-13,000 crore YoY, keeping in mind the strong H1FY25 results, we increase FY25/26E sales booking by 7% to Rs 10,800 crore respectively. And make Rs 11,400 crore.
