A new angle has emerged in the murder case of Baba Siddiqui. Not four accused but a group of 10-15 people were involved in the murder of NCP Ajit faction leader Siddiqui.

The source told Bhaskar over phone that Baba Siddiqui was going home from his son Zeeshan’s office on Saturday night. Dussehra fireworks were going off on the road. Meanwhile, a group of 10-15 boys came and asked Baba Siddiqui whether he would not celebrate Dussehra with us?

Baba Siddiqui often used to go among the people in such events. He did this on Saturday night also. They started bursting fireworks at the request of the boys. After this, when he started sitting on the front seat of the car, three shooters opened fire on him amid the sound of firecrackers. The attackers had burst a firecracker that spread smoke near Baba’s feet, due to which there was darkness. The police vehicle was at a short distance at the time of the incident.

A social media post has also surfaced, in which the Lawrence Gang has taken responsibility for the murder. Police is investigating this post. The name of the person who posted is Shubu Lonkar and he has tagged Lawrence Bishnoi, Anmol Bishnoi in the post.

Three attackers had shot Baba Siddiqui outside the office of his MLA son Zeeshan.

Zeeshan Siddiqui went out to eat, so he was saved Sources also said that the attackers were going to kill not only Baba Siddiqui but also his son Zeeshan Siddiqui, but Zeeshan narrowly escaped. Zeeshan was in dispute regarding SRA re-development. Sources told Bhaskar that son Zeeshan is a Congress MLA from Bandra. There was a controversy going on in his assembly constituency regarding SRA re-development. Under this re-development, the slums were to be demolished and the people living there were to be removed. Zeeshan had also gone on a fast in protest against this.

According to sources, Baba Siddiqui was also threatened for opposing re-development. Sources said that Baba Siddiqui has always been helpful to Salman. In such a situation, it is possible that Lawrence Gang may have been given the responsibility of murder of both Baba Siddiqui and Zeeshan and the issue of SRA re-development may be the root of this murder.

Security of Salman’s house increased Lawrence Gang had also taken responsibility for the firing outside Salman Khan’s house on April 14. Mumbai Crime Branch had detained Anuj (32) and Subhash Chander (37) from Punjab on April 25 in the firing case. Salman Khan’s security has been increased after the social media post surfaced. The reason for its death was to connect Anuj Thapan and Dawood with Bollywood, politics, property dealing. We have no enmity with anyone, but whoever helps Salman Khan and Dawood gang, keep their accounts in check. If anyone kills any of our brothers, we will definitely react. We never struck first.

3 shooters opened fire, 2 arrested, one called himself a minor Mumbai Police has confirmed contract killing. The names of the accused involved in the murder are Shiv, Dharamraj and Gurmail. Shiv and Dharamraj are residents of Bahraich, UP, both of them have no previous criminal record. Gurmail is a resident of Haryana. Dharamraj and Gurmail have been arrested. Shiva is absconding. It is being told that he was given the contract for the murder.

Shiv was working at a scrap dealer in Pune for about 5-6 years. A few months ago he also called Dharamraj to Pune. The person who gave the contract for the murder had introduced Shiv and Dharamraj to Gurmail.

Gurmail is a resident of Kaithal district. He had murdered his friend’s brother by stabbing him 52 times with an ice needle. In jail he came in contact with gangster Lawrence’s henchmen. After getting bail he went to Mumbai. According to police sources, it was Lawrence Gang who had called him to Mumbai.

The police presented Dharamraj and Gurmail in the court. One of the two has stated his age as 17 years. He asked the court to treat him like a minor. The court has asked for Aadhar card to verify the age.

Dawood Ibrahim expanded the gang with the help of Chhota Rajan. Similarly, Lawrence Bishnoi, along with Goldie Brar, Sachin Bishnoi, Anmol Bishnoi, Vikram Brar, Kala Jathedi, Kala Rana, expanded the gang’s network to 13 states.
