New Delhi. Former Indian cricket team all-rounder Yuvraj Singh has revealed that in the year 2007, he was dating an actress. Before taking seven rounds with Hazel Keech, Yuvi’s name was linked with many girls. Yuvraj said that when the Indian team went on Australia tour in 2007-08 to play a Test series, an actress was also in Sydney for shooting. Yuvi remembered the tour when the ‘Monkeygate’ incident happened. Yuvraj Singh, famous as Sixer King in world cricket, said that the actress who had gone to Sydney to shoot the film is very popular today. After this she reached Canberra chasing the Indian cricket team.
When Yuvraj Singh met that actress, he was going through a difficult phase of his career. His performance on that Australia tour was not good. There was pressure on him to perform well. For this reason he wanted to focus on his game. He had then told the actress not to meet him for some time.
‘I want to spend time with you’
Former left-handed batsman Yuvraj Singh said in the Club Pierre Fire podcast, ‘I was dating an actress. I will not tell his name. (She is) very good and very experienced at this time. She was shooting in Adelaide. I told him, listen, let’s not meet for some time because I am on tour in Australia. I need to concentrate. She went to Canberra with me on the bus. In the two Test matches, I did not score many runs. And I said to her, ‘What are you doing here?’ She said, ‘I want to spend time with you.’
‘You know what that means?’
In this podcast, Yuvraj also predicted the winning team of the upcoming Border Gavaskar Trophy. The Indian team will tour Australia in November where it will play a 5-match Test series with the hosts. Yuvraj said that the Indian team will win this series 3-2. Regarding his love affair with the actress, Yuvi further said that I met her at night and then our conversation started. According to Yuvraj, ‘I told him that he needs to focus on his career. And me on my career. Because I am on Australia tour. And you know what that means.’
