Manjrekar is now in a tussle with Team India’s fast bowler Mohammed Shami. IPL 2025 auction will be held in Jeddah on 24-25 November. By the way, this is not the first time that Sanjay Manjrekar has taken the Team India star to task. Earlier, he had recently written on X regarding Team India’s head coach Gautam Gambhir, ‘I just saw Gambhir in the press conference. It would be wise for BCCI to keep him away from such responsibilities. They should be allowed to work behind the scenes. Manjrekar had suggested that captain Rohit and chief selector Ajit Agarkar would be better suited to handle the media. Gambhir had held a press conference before going on Australia tour.
