At present, all the players who will play for the T20 World Cup are currently playing in the IPL. According to reports, Team India will be sent in two batches. India’s World Cup campaign is starting on the 5th, with the first match against Ireland. So, Team India has to reach before that; that’s why one batch of players will go on the 25th and another on the 26th of May.

All those players who will not be a part of the final will leave on the 25th. They will leave early in the morning and will also reach after that. The second batch consists of the players who will be a part of the final teams.

For example – let’s say CSK and Rajasthan Royals are the teams in the final.

Sanju Samson, Yuzvendra Chahal, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shivam Dube, Ravindra Jadeja in the T20 World Cup team. So, all these players, who will be part of the final teams, will leave for America immediately after the final on the 26th. According to reports, Team India wants to play at least two warm-up matches before the T20 World Cup, but this time Team India will get only one warm-up match as the schedule is very busy.

The initial league will be held in America only, and Team India can be given a warm-up match in Florida. It has not been decided who will be the opponent but it is certain that there will be only one warm-up match.

Now Team India has to stay in New York only because the distance from New York to Florida is 1100 km. To save the Indian players from fatigue, BCCI has requested the ICC to get the warm-up match done in New York only. Our players will reach there on the 26th and 27th.

It has to be seen whether ICC accepts this request or not. The first match of India is against Ireland, the biggest match is against Pakistan on the 9th, after this, there is a match against the USA on the 12th of June and then there is a match against Canada on the 15th of June. There are four groups of five teams, and the top two teams from each group will directly reach the super hit.
