A teacher of St. Mary Magdalene School in Wilmington, Delaware sent obscene pictures to one of her students. However, this teacher has been arrested by the police.
According to the police, the teacher used to chat with her students on Snapchat every day, especially at night. The online conversation grew so much that she started sending her personal obscene photos to a student. When the child was busy chatting on his mobile phone in his room every day, the parents got suspicious. One day, when they saw the child’s phone, they were shocked. There were many objectionable pictures of a woman in the small child’s phone. When the child was questioned, it was found out that these photos were of his teacher. The parents complained about this to the school management as well as the police.
After a thorough investigation, the police charged the teacher with sexually assaulting a child, endangering the future of a child and obscene display. And ordered the teacher to pay a cash bail of $46,000 (about Rs 36 lakh). In case of not being able to pay the bail amount, the teacher was prosecuted. She was sent to a women’s reform home.
However, the police is also investigating the matter that many other students may also have suffered due to this behavior of the teacher, but no one has come forward yet.
Last month, a teacher at an intermediate school in New Jersey was arrested for having sex with a student, according to police.
