Writer-director Raj Shandilya’s film ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ has come into controversy. Producer Sanjay Tiwari has accused Raj Shandilya of story theft. Sanjay Tiwari says that the story of Raj Shandilya’s film ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ is similar to the story of his film. Tiwari says that the story of his film has been written by Gulbanu Khan. In 2015, the story was registered in the Film Writer’s Association with the temporary title ‘Sex Hai To Life Hai’.

While talking to Dainik Bhaskar, Sanjay Tiwari said- I had planned to make a film on this subject in 2017-2018. The title of the film ‘Sex Hai To Life Hai’ was registered with the Western India Film Producers Association (WIFPA) in 2018. But due to some personal reasons there was a delay in starting the film, then Covid started.

When we saw the trailer of ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’, we felt that this is the story of our film. We have sent a legal notice to the producers of the film 2 days ago. T-Series’ reply has just come. He has said that this is his original concept. Raj Shandilya’s reply is yet to come.

Dainik Bhaskar also talked to the film’s writer-director Raj Shandilya regarding this matter. Raj Shandilya said- If anyone feels that the story of the film matches his film then talk. If any question comes to their mind after watching the trailer then ask what is the story? If we do not respond, then express your views in the media. But the job of such people is to raise their name. We are sending them a legal notice.
