The Supreme Court’s YouTube channel was hacked on Friday (September 20). The top court’s YouTube channel was showing a video promoting US-based cryptocurrency XRP, developed by Ripple Labs. A blank video titled “Brad Garlinghouse: Ripple reacts to SEC’s $2 billion fine! XRP price prediction” was live on the hacked channel.
Now the channel has been removed by YouTube due to community guideline violence. On this channel, the hearing of the cases coming before the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court and the cases related to public interest are live streamed. Recently, the hearing of the RG Kar Medical College, rape and murder case was live streamed.
