Stallion India Fluorochemicals Ltd. Listing Ceremony was held on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited shares were listed at ₹ 120, 33.33% above the issue price on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today. The issue of IPO of Stallion India Fluorochemicals was ₹ 90.
This IPO was open to bid from 16 January to 20 January, which was subscribed to the total 188.32 times. In the retail category, IPO 96.81 times, qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category was 172.93 times and non-institutional investors (NII) category 422.35 times subscribed in category.
₹ 199.45 crore was the IPO of Stallion India Florochemicals
This issue of Stallion India Florochemicals was ₹ 199.45 crores. For this, the company issued 1,78,58,740 fresh shares worth ₹ 160.73 crore. The company’s investors sold 43,02,656 shares worth ₹ 38.72 crore through the offer for sale.
Maximum 2145 shares could be bidding for retail investors Stallion India Fluorochemicals fixed the price band of the IPO ₹ 85- ₹ 90. Retail investors could have bidding for minimum for 165 shares. If you apply for 1 lot for 1 lot at the rate of ₹ 90, the upper prize band of the IPO, then ₹ 14,850 would have been invested.
At the same time, retail investors could apply for maximum 13 lots i.e. 2145 shares. For this, investors would have to invest ₹ 1,93,050 according to the upper prize band.
35% of the issue was reserved for retail investors
The company reserved 50% of the IPO for qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB). Apart from this, 35% share was the reserve for retail investors and the remaining 15% of the remaining 15% for non-institutional investment (NII).

Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited was established in 2002, which does business to sell products of refrigerant and industrial gases. It also works in industries such as air conditioner, semiconductor manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, pharma and medical, glass bottle, aerosol and spray foam.
