what is the whole matter

SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) has raised concerns about the P/E ratio, the ratio between the share price and the company’s earnings per share (EPS). SEBI said this is a huge gap between the abnormal growth and the fundamentals of the company, which could pose a risk to investors. In such a situation, there is a need to take immediate action against the company.

A big upset came to light

SEBI reported that the company did not show any operation income in FY22 and FY23. However, the company said that due to poor loan recovery and loan interest in FY24, the company’s income stood at Rs 1.07 crore. Apart from this, the company took a loan of ₹1000 crore from 6 companies without any apparent reason.
