The initial public offers (IPO) of Quadrant Future Tech Limited and Capital Infra Trust InvIT will open tomorrow i.e. on January 7. Investors will be able to bid for this issue till January 9. The company’s shares will be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on January 14. Let us know about both the companies and IPO one by one.
1. Quadrant Future Tech Limited
Quadrant Future Tech Limited wants to raise total ₹ 290 crore through IPO. For this, the company is issuing 1,00,00,000 fresh shares worth ₹ 290 crore. The existing investors or promoters of the company are not selling even a single share.
Retail investors can bid for maximum 650 shares
Quadrant Future Tech Limited has set the IPO price band at ₹275-₹290. Retail investors can bid for a minimum of one lot i.e. 50 shares. If you apply for 1 lot at the upper price band of IPO at ₹290, you will have to invest ₹14,500.
Whereas, retail investors can apply for maximum 13 lots i.e. 650 shares. For this, investors will have to invest ₹ 1,88,500 as per the upper price band.
Company develops train control and signaling systems
Quadrant is a research based company, which develops next generation train control and signaling systems for Indian Railways under the Kavach project. This increases the safety and reliability of railway passengers. The company also has a special cable manufacturing facility along with an electron beam irradiation centre.
2. Capital Infra Trust InvIT
Capital Infra Trust wants to raise a total of ₹1,578 crore through InvIT IPO. For this the company is issuing 10,77,00,000 shares worth Rs 1,077 crore. The existing investors of the company are selling 5,01,00,000 shares worth ₹ 501 crore through Offer for Sale i.e. OFS.
Retail investors can bid for maximum 1950 shares
Capital Infra Trust InvIT has fixed the price band of this issue at ₹99-₹100. Retail investors can bid for a minimum of one lot i.e. 150 shares. If you apply for 1 lot at the upper price band of IPO at ₹ 100, then you will have to invest ₹ 15,000.
At the same time, retail investors can apply for maximum 13 lots i.e. 1950 shares. For this, investors will have to invest ₹ 1,95,000 as per the upper price band.
What is IPO?
