Property has become expensive in Ghaziabad, DM has increased the circle rate

Before the circle rate increased in Noida, circle rates have increased in Ghaziabad. Now the price of already expensive land and flats has increased further. The new rates have been implemented with immediate effect.

DM announced the new circle rate after a meeting

The DM announced the new circle rate after a meeting. The circle rate of agricultural land has been increased by ten percent. The rate of all other houses, shops, plots and flats including residential and commercial has been increased by 15 to 20 percent. Web City and Aditya World City have been excluded from this rate hike this time.

Relief to Urban Homes, Wave and Aditya City

There was a proposal to increase the rates of residential plots in Urban Homes, Web City and Aditya World City from Rs 17,300 to Rs 50,000 per square meter. This has been relaxed. The rates implemented are Rs 50,000 and Rs 40,000 in Wave City. Aditya World City and Urban Homes have been reduced to Rs 35,000.

The most expensive land is in Kaushambi

Even after the new rates, the most expensive residential land in the city is in Kaushambi. For the last 10 years, Kaushambi has remained the most expensive area of the city. Here, one square meter of land costs between 97 thousand and one lakh three thousand rupees. This is the only area where the price of land is more than one lakh rupees per square meter.

More stamp duty will have to be paid for the deed

The stamp duty for women is 6% and for men it is 7%. This means that if a man buys a property worth Rs 20 lakh, he will have to pay Rs 1.40 lakh as stamp duty. A woman will have to pay Rs 1.30 lakh. Women get a discount of 1% on property worth up to Rs 10 lakh.

Though there were speculations about increase in new circle rates in Ghaziabad, but a sudden order came from the DM after which the lawyers and clients were left stunned for some time in the Tehsil.
