Poco X7 Pro May Be First Smartphone With HyperOS 2 of Xiaomi in India


Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi introduced the new Android operating system HyperOS 2.0 last month. HyperOS 2.0 was introduced with the Xiaomi 15 series. The first smartphone with this operating system in India could be Poco X7 Pro.

Poco’s X7 Pro can be launched next month. Xiaomi 15 was the first smartphone with HyperOS 2.0 in China. Poco X7 Pro can be brought in the country as a rebranded version of Redmi Note 14 Pro+. Redmi Note 14 Pro+ was introduced in China in September this year. Its starting price is CNY 1,899 (approximately Rs 22,000). It features a 6.67-inch 1.5K (1,220 x 2,712 pixels) display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness level of 3,000 nits.

The price of the 6GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant of this smartphone is around $109 (approximately Rs 9,170) and the 8 GB + 256 GB variant is priced at $129 (approximately Rs 10,900).
