Oppo Find X8 series to be launched in China on October 24 announcement Has been done. The company has also confirmed the inclusion of MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9400 chipset in the series, which was unveiled today, October 9. The new chipset is built on TSMC’s second generation 3 nm process. It has performance cores with 3x Cortex-X4 and 4x Cortex-A720 cores clocked at 3.62GHz. MediaTek has said that compared to Dimensity 9300, the flagship chipset will get 35 percent faster single-core performance and 28 percent faster multi-core performance. It also claims to be 40 percent more efficient than the previous chipset model.
As of now, Oppo has not started teasing the specifications of any model of the upcoming Find X8 series. However, in the recent past, many leaks regarding Find X8 and Find X8 Ultra have been seen online. A recent leak claimed that the Oppo Find X8 will have a 6.5-inch 1.5K display made by BOE.
The vanilla model can get a triple rear camera setup equipped with 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 main rear sensor. At the same time, it may have a 5,700mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
Whereas Oppo Find X8 Ultra is likely to get a 6.7-inch or 6.8-inch micro-curved flat display. It is being said that it may include up to 16GB of LPDDR5T RAM and maximum 1TB UFS 4.0 built-in storage.
