American aviation company Boeing is donating 1 million dollars (Rs 8,61,95,453) to the fund created for Trump’s swearing-in ceremony.

According to BBC News, Google and Microsoft have also confirmed similar donations. These companies have joined the growing list of major American companies contributing funds for Trump’s inauguration ceremony. There are more names in this list. Oil producing company Chevron and technology giants Meta, Amazon and Uber are also included. Donald Trump’s swearing-in ceremony is to be held on January 20. This will be the beginning of his second term in the White House.

Did you donate for the first time?
According to American aviation company Boeing, this is not the first time that the company is donating to the fund created for the swearing-in ceremony of the President. This is a long standing tradition of the company. The company said it has made similar donations for each of the last three presidential inaugurations. In fact, on one hand, American company Boeing is working to overcome the safety and quality control crisis, while on the other hand it is also struggling with the losses caused by the strike last year.
