Reports suggest that Citroen’s new Basalt coupe SUV might launch in India soon, possibly next month. The Basalt will be part of the C segment and will feature a four-door coupe design. Competition with Tata Curvv
The Citroen Basalt’s main competitor will be Tata Motors’ soon-to-be-released ‘Curvv SUV coupe’. The Curvv is expected to have a similar 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine with 115 PS power output and may also offer a 1.5-liter diesel engine. It has been frequently spotted during road tests.
