New Delhi . Australia won the fourth match of the 5 match Test series against India by a huge margin of 184 runs. Australian bowlers had an excellent performance in this victory. But on the fifth day of this match, Mitchell Starc was seen repeatedly holding his waist. Due to the possibility of Starc getting injured, there is doubt over his playing in the Sydney Test. Australian team coach Andrew McDonald had given a big hint about Starc playing in the Sydney Test, but nothing has been made clear till now.
According to Australian media channels, the decision on Mitchell Starc’s play in the India vs Australia fifth Test will not come before Thursday. The coach said that everything will become clear only on the morning of the Sydney Test if Starc does not play. McDonald said after winning the MCG Test, “Even pain could not stop Starc.” He had trouble in the initial spell but after that he bowled freely. Let’s see how he recovers. We will decide the team combination after seeing the pitch of Sydney Cricket Ground.
Australia is currently leading the series 2-1. If Mitchell Starc is not fit till the Sydney Test, then apart from Shaun Abbott, Jhye Richardson can be seen as his replacement. If Josh Hazlewood is found fit, he may return in the final match of the series.
Australia will be shocked by Start being out
