Union Territory of J&K
Assembly elections will be held in three phases in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir from 18 September next month. The Election Commission is ready to prepare for the elections in Jammu and Kashmir. Let us tell you that the first phase will be held on 18 September, the second phase on 25 September and the third phase on 1 October. The election results will be declared on 4 October. In the first phase, elections will be held on the seats of Pulwama, Sompian, Kulgam, Anantnag, Ramban, Doda and Kishtwar districts. In the second phase, voting will be held in Poonch, Rajouri, Budgam, Srinagar, Ganderbal and Reasi districts. In the third and final phase, votes will be cast on the seats of Kathua district bordering Himachal and Punjab as well as Udhampur, Samba and Jammu districts as well as Baramulla, Kupwara and Bandipora of North Kashmir.

In which Union Territories the Chief Minister
Now first of all let us know what are Union Territories? Union Territories (UTs) are union territories and are administered by the Central Government of India. Lieutenant Governors in Union Territories are appointed by the President of India, who act as their administrators. However, Puducherry, Jammu and Kashmir and Delhi are exceptions in this regard and have elected legislature and government due to being granted partial statehood under a special constitutional amendment. For this reason, elections have been announced in Jammu and Kashmir.
