New technologies like Artificial Intelligence i.e. AI and data analytics can contribute the most in increasing new jobs. According to the recent report of CIEL HR, there will be at least 10 percent more hiring in 2025 as compared to 2024. Apart from AI and data analytics, sectors like semiconductor, cybersecurity and renewable energy will play an important role in this hiring.

It has been said in this report that along with doing more hiring, Indian companies will also work to improve the skills of their employees. Companies want their employees to be able to keep pace with the changing times and be successful in preparing themselves according to every need of the new era. Signs of boom in India’s job market were also seen in the earlier report of Foundit. This report estimates that there will be a 9 percent increase in hiring in 2025. In this too, new technologies like edge computing, quantum applications and cyber security will play a big role.

On the basis of which India’s job market is ready to change rapidly. According to Foundit, companies will no longer rely only on experienced professionals. They are also looking for young employees equipped with new skills. Overall, the Indian job market is all set to increase its size in 2025. New technology and innovation will play a big role in this, but the retail sector will also not be left behind in this change. This sector is expected to grow by 12 percent in 2025. This increase is being seen due to increase in customer spending in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. Obviously, this change will not only benefit the companies but will also create new job opportunities in the Indian job market. But for this, employees will have to continuously upgrade their skills.
