Washington. Two Georgia men have been sentenced to 100 years in prison for sexually abusing and recording their adopted sons. After convicting William Dale Zullock and Zachary Jacoby Zullock on multiple counts, the judge ruled that due to the nature of the crimes, both would not be released on parole at any time for 100 years.

The case began in July 2022 when the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI)’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit contacted the Walton County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO), which had received a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about suspected child sexual exploitation. The information was found to be uploaded to a Google account and its IP address was traced to Walton County.

After a search warrant was executed at the home of William Dale Zullock and Zachary Jacoby Zullock, evidence of child abuse was found, including seven terabytes of surveillance footage capturing multiple incidents of child sexual abuse from inside the home. More than 100,000 copies of digital evidence and phone data were included, including graphic photos and videos.

What did the court say in its decision on ‘House of Horror’
While delivering the verdict, the court said, “It cannot be overemphasized how important it is for our society to have people willing to adopt needy children. “But anyone who does that and then abuses those children deserves the most severe punishment and many years in prison.”

Considering the crimes committed by William Dale Zullock and Zachary Jacoby Zullock, the court said their home was a ‘house of horror’, with both of them giving priority to their “extreme evil desires above everything and everyone else.” The court said in its judgment, “However, the depth of the wickedness of the accused, deep as they are, does not outweigh the determination of those who fought for justice in this case and the strength of the victims. “The determination I have seen in these two young victims over the last two years is truly inspiring.”
