Ankara. There was a fierce fight between MPs in the Turkish Parliament on Friday. During this fight, there was a fierce punching between the ruling party and opposition MPs. Dozens of MPs were seen involved in this fight, while many MPs were seen intervening in the fight. Many women MPs were also injured in this fight. Blood was seen scattered on the floor of the Parliament and the white floor turned red. This whole ruckus started when an opposition deputy was attacked. Because he had asked to include his colleague in the Parliament, who was in jail on charges of plotting anti-government protests. Later he was elected MP.

The video footage clearly showed that MPs from the ruling AKP party rushed to punch Ahmet Sik who was standing on the podium. Immediately after this, dozens of other MPs joined the fight and scuffle. While some MPs tried to stop others. Blood was seen splattered on the white stairs of the Speaker’s podium. Which was later cleaned by the Parliament staff. At least two MPs were seriously injured in this uproar that lasted for about half an hour. Due to which the proceedings of the Parliament had to be stopped.
