1. Anil Ambani will take legal action against SEBI’s order: Spokesperson said- reviewing legal options, SEBI banned him from stock market for 5 years
After SEBI’s ban on the stock markets, Anil Ambani is now reviewing legal options i.e. looking for them. Anil Ambani’s spokesperson has said this in a statement.
Anil Ambani had resigned from the Board of Directors of Reliance Infrastructure and Reliance Power in accordance with SEBI’s interim order dated February 11, 2022 in the matter of Reliance Home Finance, the spokesperson said.

2. Reliance’s market cap increased by ₹29,634 crores: Last week, the value of 9 out of the top-10 companies increased by ₹95,523, HDFC’s decreased by ₹4,835
In terms of market capitalization, the value of 9 of the top 10 companies of the country has increased by a combined Rs 95,523 crore in the last week’s trading. During this period, Reliance Industries was the top gainer. The company’s market cap has increased by Rs 29,634.27 crore to Rs 20.30 lakh crore. Earlier, the company’s market cap was Rs 20 lakh crore.
Apart from Reliance, the valuations of LIC, State Bank of India (SBI), Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank also saw an increase during last week’s trading. On the other hand, the market cap of HDFC Bank has declined by Rs 4,835 crore during this period.

3. Zomato launches order scheduling feature: You can order 2 days in advance, currently available in 13,000 restaurants in the country
You will now be able to schedule an order 2 days in advance on the online food delivery platform Zomato. The company’s founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal announced the launch of this facility on the social media platform X.
Currently, this facility has been started in around 13,000 restaurants in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Lucknow and Jaipur for orders more than Rs 1,000.

7. Announcement of premature redemption dates of Sovereign Gold Bond: Can be redeemed between 11 October to 7 February, gave 170% return in 8 years
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced the redemption dates for Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGB) issued between May 2017 and May 2020. Investors will be able to redeem it between October 11, 2024 and February 7, 2025.
Sovereign Gold Bond is issued by the Central Government. It gives an interest of 2.5% per annum and also provides the benefit of the increase in the price of gold. The tenure of Gold Bond is 8 years, but it can be redeemed after the fifth year from the date of issue.
