BSNL Started SIM Home Delivery to Customers in Kerala


Government-owned telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has started home delivery of SIM cards in several places in the country. The company outsources deliveries from other entities. Earlier this year, the delivery started in select areas of Gurugram and Ghaziabad in partnership with Prune. Now, the telecom operator is doing SIM card delivery in Kerala. Customers can book a new BSNL SIM in Kerala through the LILO app. The LILO app is available to users for both iPhone and Android devices. Let’s know about it in detail.

Customers can get a new SIM or port their number through the app. If you want a new BSNL SIM, you can do so. Then choose the plan you want with the SIM and complete the purchase. If you have a 3G SIM, BSNL is also offering 4GB of data for free when you upgrade to a 4G SIM. To order a BSNL SIM via WhatsApp, users can type “Hi” and send it to +91 8891767525.

Benefits of the LILO app

Customers can first get a new SIM and then port their connection. There is also a facility to upgrade the existing SIM to 4G. The SIM can be replaced or recharged. Recharging can also be done through the BSNL Self Care app, while you can also do it through the LILO app.

BSNL said that it has city and rural coverage of mobile network in Kerala. Let us tell you that recently BSNL has installed 1000 4G towers in Kerala. The company has 2200 retailer outlets along with 39 customer service centers (CSC) in Kerala. BSNL’s plan is more economical than the plan available from private telecom operators.
