Earthquake tremors occurred in Baramulla district of North Kashmir on Friday night at around 9.06 pm. Its intensity on the Richter scale was 4.0. Earthquake tremors were felt in many parts of Kashmir including Srinagar. Its center was at a depth of 10 kilometers in the ground in Baramulla in North Kashmir. However, there was no loss of life due to the earthquake.

Air India pilot suicide case – Mumbai court grants bail to lover, he was arrested on charges of instigation
A Mumbai court has granted bail to Aditya Pandit, the lover of Air India pilot Srishti Tuli. Srishti was found dead in a rented flat located in Marol area on the morning of 25 November. A day later, the police arrested her lover Aditya Pandit on charges of abetting suicide.
Srishti Tuli’s father had told in his complaint that the accused and his daughter were living in the same room for 5-6 days before the suicide. The accused went to Delhi on the day of the incident.

BSF head constable shoots himself with service rifle on India-Pakistan border. The deceased Krishna Kumar (44) was a resident of Hoshiarpur (Punjab). Krishna Kumar of 173rd battalion was posted at Bhanu border post in Shahgarh area. He was in BSF for 24 years. The incident occurred around 12 noon on Thursday. Shahgarh police station in-charge Baburam said that the reasons for suicide are being investigated. At present the body of the deceased has been kept in Ramgarh Hospital.
