Bharat Petroleum Truck Engulfed in Massive Fire

A serious fire started in a Bharat Petroleum Truck carrying oil, but a big accident was prevented thanks to the quick action of three fire trucks that managed to stop the fire.

On a very hot Sunday in Longowal on Badbar Road, close to a gas station, a vehicle full of oil suddenly started burning. The fire grew so fast that it scared the people nearby. At the Krishna Petro Center of Bharat Petroleum, while the driver was backing up the vehicle to take out the oil, the front part of the vehicle where the driver sits unexpectedly started burning. The driver and gas station workers tried to put out the fire with fire extinguishers but couldn’t. The front part of the vehicle on the road was on fire, and its tires were popping.

Right after the fire began, the Sangrur fire department was called, and the police came to stop cars from passing and get people away from the area. The fire truck took a while to get there, which made people more worried because there was also a chance of an explosion. The accident happened near two gas stations, which could have caused an even worse situation. However, after a lot of work, fire trucks from Sangrur, Barnala, and Sunam managed to stop the fire. Luckily, no one was hurt from the sudden fire in the oil truck.
