Today, i.e. 11 September, was the last day of Bajaj Housing Finance’s IPO. This IPO opened on 9 September. On the third and last day, this IPO was subscribed a total of 67.43 times.
In the retail category, the IPO was subscribed a total of 7.41 times. The company’s IPO was subscribed 8.08 times on the second day and a total of 2.26 times on the first day. Its price band is Rs 66-70 per share.
Bajaj Housing Finance wants to raise Rs 6,560 crore through IPO. The IPO includes fresh issuance of shares worth Rs 3,560 crore, while the offer-for-sale is worth Rs 3,000 crore.

According to the price band of the issue, retail investors could bid for at least one lot i.e. 214 shares. If you have applied for 1 lot as per the upper price band of the IPO of ₹ 70, then you would have invested ₹ 14,980 for it.
Premium in grey market is 107.14%
Before listing, the company’s stock has reached a premium (GMP) of 107.14% i.e. ₹ 75 per share in the grey market. In such a situation, according to the upper price band of ₹ 70, its listing can happen at ₹ 145.
That is, investors can get a return of 107.14% according to the gray market premium. However, the gray market premium can only be estimated, the listing price of the stock is different from the gray market price.
Funds will be used to increase lending capacity
The company will use the funds raised from the IPO to increase its capital base, so that funds can be arranged for future business needs. That means the capacity to give loans can be increased.
